• Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues at the executive level. • Participate in the formulation and administration of corporate policies and procedures. • Ensure the company operates within the law at all times, offering counsel on legal issues, and facilitating business strategies development. • Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc. • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. • Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated strategic communications plan to advance the company's brand and position. • Oversee the development of all print and digital communications including the company's website, digital marketing, reports, and other print publications. • Manage relationships with media outlets and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the company's reputation. • Lead crisis communication, anticipating potential negative and crisis situations, and execute effective strategies to handle them. • Work with leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies.

• Design and implement blockchain technology into our business operations. • Develop strategic plans for blockchain initiatives. • Evaluate and identify valuable blockchain technologies for our business. • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation and integration of blockchain technologies. • Lead and manage blockchain development teams. • Stay current on industry trends and potential impact on the business.
