• You will be focusing on sales KPIs to achieve both your personal and company goals • You build a qualified global pipeline from China by directly engaging potential customers in the region • You actively hunt, engage and communicate with customers, managing the full sales pipeline for your assigned region or territory • You work closely with other colleagues in Asia and global regions, as well as our sales partner to create, qualify and close sales opportunities • You proactively report your weekly sales activities to the line manager • You collaborate closely with Solution Architects in your region to resolve customer-related technical issues • You complete all sales-related activities assigned by the line manager • You maintain a customer-focused mindset to establish the 1NCE brand as the best-in-class IoT connectivity provider • You develop strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, based on trust and aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- You have over 10 years of sales experience in a professional setting
- You have a proven track record in direct sales to Chinese enterprises and manufacturers, particularly related to IoT industry
- Experience in selling global IoT connectivity service and solution with existing customer relationship is a plus
- You have sales experience in the IoT and telecommunications markets, such as IoT ecosystem companies, telecom, or devices/modules
- You possess general knowledge of IoT-related technology as well as cellular and roaming technologies
- You are skilled in delivering customer presentations and product pitches
- Acquire analytic and critical mindset in commercial strategy
- Fluent Mandarin and English in speaking and writing is a must
- Proficiency in another Asian language (Japanese, Indonesian, Thai, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in direct sales or account management with customers outside China is a plus
