Responsibilities What You'll Do: - - Lead V2X's capture of contingency operations, Army Sustainment, logistics, and other opportunities as assigned. Develop capture plans, formulate the winning capture strategy, and obtain the resources necessary to prosecute the capture strategy. Lead development of internal teaming and capabilities gap analysis, competitive assessments, discriminators and key win themes, price to win, and overall win strategy/V2X value proposition. Serves as the lead for external teaming arrangements and team partner roles to include identifying, selecting, and recruiting teammates, subcontractors, and suppliers. Performs duties as a recognized and seasoned leader who has a deep understanding of how to effectively develop and manage a team responsible for winning large sustainment and contingency contracts. Key Responsibilities: - - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities that build contingency operations, Army Sustainment, and logistics pipeline. - Interact with customers to gain trust, develop solutions to address their requirements, and drive opportunities to V2X. - Maintain direct interface and trusted partnership with government stakeholders. - Research new opportunities, customers, and competitors using various opensource tools. - Monitor and use external sources to identify and qualify new business opportunities that support the overall V2X corporate goals. - Maintain CRM opportunities always ensuring data accuracy. - Collect competitive intelligence across federal and commercial markets to support strategic growth - Prepare and present Gate reviews of all assigned opportunities to Executive Leadership Team. - Create competitive, compelling, and compliant solutions that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences. - Conduct various color reviews as part of the business development lifecycle. - Build relationships across all levels in the organization and within the client environment. Lead business development discussions with both internal and external stakeholders. - Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, Analytics, Finance, or Marketing. An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained may be substituted. - Experience: - Minimum of eight (8) years' progressive experience in capture management for contingency operations, logistics, and/or Army Sustainment opportunities. - Full knowledge of the federal procurement process, as well as a strong, proven capability to apply process-driven capture approaches throughout the business development/capture lifecycle. - Capture experience in the DOD/Federal market required. - Proven track record in capturing >$100M major programs. - Previous performance as a Capture Manager or in a lead capture role on at least three (3) winning procurements with individual values more than $100M each (single award contracts or task orders). - Experienced in supporting proposal writing, work breakdown structures, basis of estimates, storyboards, and narrative solution content. - Demonstrated performance conducting various color reviews successfully. - Other Requirements: - United States citizenship required. - Able to travel CONUS and OCONUS. - Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Desired Qualifications - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Experience: - Prior DoD Capture experience in contingency operations required. - Experience in business development and capture, to support the proposal process, and team to develop compelling, competitive, compliant proposal. Must have major program (>$100M) capture and development experience. - Other Requirements: - Active security clearance highly desired. - Technology: - Company computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
