Als unser strategischer „Eisbrecher“ treibst Du unsere Expansion im Außendienst voran und sicherst die physischen Grundlagen für unsere Rechenzentren. - Flächenakquise: Du scoutest systematisch Gewerbe- und Agrarflächen (via dvlp. und vor Ort) mit Fokus auf Standorte mit bestehendem Bebauungsplan. - Abschlussstärke: Du übernimmst die Verhandlungsführung mit Grundstückseigentümern und bringst Kauf- oder Optionsverträge zielstrebig zur Unterschrift. - Netzwerkarbeit: Du bist unser Gesicht gegenüber Landräten, Bürgermeistern und Behörden und sicherst durchsetzungsstark die nötige politische Akzeptanz. - Infrastruktur-Check: Du denkst die Trassensicherung und Energieanbindung von Anfang an mit, um eine maximale Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit zu garantieren. - Projektbegleitung: Du behältst die Zügel in der Hand und steuerst Deine Standorte konsequent bis zur Baureife. Qualifications - Wir suchen einen durchsetzungsstarken Macher mit Biss – ergebnisorientiert, entscheidungsfreudig und menschlich überzeugend. - Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, hast einen klaren Track Record und messbare Erfolge in der Grundstücksakquise oder Projektentwicklung (z. B.
