Poste en télétravail – Horaire basé sur le fuseau horaire de Montréal (Québec) Horaires Du lundi au vendredi (selon roulement) Astreinte de 17h00 à 3h00 (heure de Montréal) Missions principales En tant que Réceptionniste de nuit, vous serez le premier point de contact de l’agence en dehors des heures ouvrées. Vous assurerez une astreinte téléphonique et administrative avec professionnalisme et réactivité. Vos missions : - Réception des appels entrants (clients, partenaires, personnel en mission) - Traitement des emails reçus pendant l’astreinte (tri, réponses urgentes, transmission à qui de droit) - Gestion des urgences : alerte d’un incident, remplacement de dernière minute, gestion de conflits mineurs - Rédaction d’un rapport de fin de service avec les événements notables de la nuit - Utilisation des outils de communication interne (Messagerie, agenda partagé) Profil recherché : - Expérience en accueil téléphonique, support ou assistance (idéalement en horaires décalés ou de nuit) - Excellente communication orale et écrite en français (anglais un plus) - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques - Capacité à gérer le stress, les urgences et à prioriser les tâches - Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et discrétion - Connexion internet stable et poste de travail au calme Exigences : - Vous devez être capable de travail en quart de nuit du lundi au vendredi - Possibilité d'assurer une astreinte supplémentaire de 2-4 weekends par année au besoin et les jours fériés du Québec de jour et de nuit - Contrat : freelance / auto-entrepreneur - Poste à distance

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales objectives, profit goals and market share goals • Provide the direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for specialist team • Advance the professional development, professional conduct, sales effectiveness, and efficiency of associates • Recruit, develop, and train team with clearly communicated sales targets and overall performance standards • Forecast monthly revenue and unit projections utilizing the company CRM (Salesforce.com) • Drive standard work to funnel management process in CRM (Salesforce.com) and DPIP (Digital Pathology Implementation plan) process • Strengthen, develop and maintain high-level relationships within key accounts • Work collaboratively with members of the sales and service organizations including Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Distribution Partners and Service Engineers to deliver the Digital Pathology Implementation Plan. • Manage internal communication and handovers to ensure across functional alignment for large and strategic sales projects and tenders • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance • Partner with customer care, technical support, and service to ensure smooth post-sales implementation and on-going support • Maintain industry expertise and network • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the digital pathology space • Attend conferences and congresses with thought-leaders and KOL’s, give presentations and webinars supporting the specialist team and sales process as required, host reference site visits, industry panels and round tables etc as required

What you'll do: As a member of the Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for: · Hunting for new logos in the assigned Enterprise and Middle Market verticals. · Expanding the company’s footprint in existing enterprise or middle market accounts. · Managing enterprise or middle market customers with significant deal sizes $100k-$500k. · Creating organic revenue streams working with the solutions and customer success teams within assigned territories/regions. · Supporting and collaborating with internal partners to build successful proof of concepts, use cases and RFPs etc. Requirements · 6+ years of proven experience working as a Sales Executive selling: Professional Services / Data / Customized Projects / Consultative Sales into Enterprise accounts (B2B). · Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. · Proficient with Salesforce / CRM and MS Office. · Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives. · Strong ability to handle directly and close complex deals. · Able to analyze high value potential customers and within assigned verticals · Strong ability to negotiate and close high value deals · Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close · Demonstrable ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services · Proven ability to position products against competitors and showcase value proposition · Knowledge of AI/ML. · Technical Sales experience will be a plus. · Bachelor's degree and or equivalent. • Lead and manage the Sales area autonomously, reporting directly to the VP, with full responsibility for commercial results • Define and execute the sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and achievement of targets • Break down objectives into clear action plans, establishing weekly routines, priorities, and team focus • Manage the sales funnel end-to-end, ensuring alignment with the customer journey and revenue predictability • Create, monitor, and adjust targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards, data- and results-driven • Develop, implement, and evolve commercial processes, controls, and sales playbooks, especially for SaaS or technology services • Lead team performance with support from Sales Supervision, promoting a high-accountability, meritocratic environment and continuous development • Actively participate in recruiting, training, ramping, and developing new sales representatives • Ensure the team has appropriate tools, systems, and structure for maximum productivity • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Support, and other strategic areas of the company • Oversee strategic commercial projects and propose continuous improvements • Produce and present executive reports with analysis of results, learnings, and action plans for leadership • Be the primary driver of team motivation, energy, and momentum, maintaining a high pace and strong results focus
