Role Overview We are seeking a Workday Integration Architect to lead the architecture, development, and ongoing optimization of Athena’s Workday ecosystem and connected enterprise systems. This role blends deep integration expertise, functional understanding, and strategic leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions that support Athena’s continued growth. You will own the end-to-end integration landscape across Workday Core HCM, Recruiting (ATS), payroll, finance, employee performance and talent processes, and other key internal and external systems. You will ensure data flows are seamless, systems are well-governed, and solutions are designed to scale with the business. This includes supporting critical workflows across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to compensation, performance evaluation, and broader people operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong configuration and integration experience, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver secure, efficient, and future-ready solutions. • Partner with Sales own the technical pre-sales cycle for Microvellum, from discovery through close, including articulating how Microvellum fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem (ERP + DESIGN) • Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows, making complex capabilities feel intuitive and tangible for prospects • Translate customer requirements into scalable Microvellum solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs) • Guide prospects through how Microvellum supports engineering-to-order and custom manufacturing environments • Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities • Serve as the voice of the customer internally — channeling feedback on trends, gaps, and opportunities to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership • Continuously refine demo environments, including libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs • Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events (e.g., Closets Expo, Wood Pro Expo, IWF, and regional events) • Contribute to INNERGY’s education mission by supporting education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn events as a subject matter expert.

• Lead deep technical and clinical workflow discovery with prospects across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments to uncover integration requirements, EHR dependencies, security needs, and compliance considerations. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design tailored solutions that align Heidi's AI platform capabilities to real-world healthcare workflows and customer requirements, while staying grounded in roadmap feasibility. • Deliver compelling demos and architecture walkthroughs to technical stakeholders including IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams. • Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests with precision and attention to detail. • Proactively surface and resolve technical concerns that slow down the sales process — acting as a trusted technical advisor to the customer on security, compliance, AI governance, and EHR integration questions. • Partner with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition post-signature by developing structured PRDs and handoff documents and provide feedback to product and engineering from the field.
