• Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively manage Master Distributor performance. • Manage market expansion efforts, ensuring maximum coverage within established deadlines. • Identify and secure new districts, geographies, and partners for strategic growth. • Monitor and review quarterly Distributor performance, conducting business review meetings to evaluate progress and integrate feedback into future planning. • Identify market opportunities to implement brand-building strategies, develop strategic market plans, and conduct product assessments to enhance brand awareness. • Initiate and manage projects aimed at fostering business growth and operational efficiency, adapting to an evolving market environment.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in driving sales and trade marketing in retail channels(FMCG preferred- Electrical/ Solar/ Lighting/ FMCD Candidates can also apply);
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with negotiation and persuasion and external stakeholders
- Great passion in sales with strong Initiative and ownership skills
- 4+ years of experience (FMCG preferred- Electrical/ Solar/ Lighting/ FMCD Candidates can also apply)
- Fluency in English and Tok Pisin.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
