Role Description The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is looking for a Cloud Engineer (Intune Device Management) to support NATO’s modernization of IT services. This role involves leveraging public cloud technologies to deliver managed, protected, security-centric, and reliable IT services. Qualifications - Deep understanding of device management, security configurations, and compliance standards. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune. - Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Full proficiency in the English language; French language proficiency is an advantage. - Must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations. Requirements - Configure and manage comprehensive device management policies using Microsoft Intune. - Oversee the deployment and management of applications and software updates through Intune. - Implement and manage conditional access policies and device compliance settings. - Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for device enrollment, configuration, and management issues. - Regularly monitor the health and security posture of managed devices. - Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline Intune management processes. - Collaborate with hardware vendors and procurement teams to manage the lifecycle of corporate-owned devices. - Configure and enforce Intune app protection policies to secure corporate data. - Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, usage, and management activities. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for Cloud Operations processes, configurations, and workflows. - Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and other relevant teams.
