Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in contact center technologies, with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX solutions
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale cloud contact center solutions
  • Strong knowledge of: IVR, call flows, and routing strategies; Omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, email, messaging); Workforce Management (WFM), call recording, and analytics; AI/ML capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture
  • Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow
  • Strong background in infrastructure planning, solution design, deployment, and lifecycle management, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their alignment with customer experience technologies
  • Deep knowledge of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and load balancing approaches

All code, scripts, documentation, etc. will be stored under configuration management and/or in the provided NCI Agency tools. 8 SECURITY The duties of the consultants require a valid NATO SECRET security clearance. All the deliverables of this project will be considered NATO UNCLASSIFIED, while access to networks exceeding this classification level is required. With this role being of technical nature providing administrative support, a security clearance at the NATO Secret level is required prior to the start of the engagement. 9 PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS The contractor will be required to work primarily remote as part of this engagement. The Cloud Operations Team is located in BRUSSELS / BEL and THE HAGUE / NLD, with working hours to be adjusted accordingly. The contractor will be required to work within a NATO country, following the rules and regulations applicable for the operations of NATO CIS. The only travelling required is on the first day for the selected candidate to collect their IT equipment. Apart from this, travelling will be minimum to almost none. Travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the contractor and the expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 5.5 of AAS Framework Contract and within the limits of the NCIA Travel Directive.
