DOONAILS - We're hiring!
• Coordinate and manage external partners: fulfillment providers, co-packers, freight forwarders, and parcel carriers • Monitor shipping status and operational processes; identify bottlenecks early • Primary day-to-day point of contact – hands-on, solution-oriented, strong communicator • End-to-end responsibility for the standard order flow in retail operations • Create and maintain orders in the system; generate delivery notes and order confirmations • Ensure timely execution and inventory checks for retail partners • Close collaboration with Key Account Managers and external logistics partners • Ownership of the standard returns and claims process • Clear communication regarding order deviations and escalations • Maintain operational overviews and analyze logistics KPIs • Monitor costs and support data-driven decision-making • Support request-for-quote processes and contract management with logistics partners
Job Requirements
- Initial experience in logistics B2B, operations, order management, or supply chain — e.g., through internships, vocational training, or student positions
- Structured, independent working style with a strong eye for detail
- Strong communication skills in interactions with internal and external partners
- Willingness to question and improve processes and take ownership
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Team spirit, curiosity, and initiative
- Proficient in German and English
