• End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives, driving them from initiation to successful delivery. • Strategic Initiatives & Goal Setting: Drive execution of the organization's new strategic narrative across the Operations Unit: structure the workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between moving parts; strategic content is owned by function heads, delivery is owned by you • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between various departments, aligning teams, unblocking dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration. • Process Optimization & Change Management: Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives. • AI Transformation: Lead and manage projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations within the Operations Unit; act as a genuine advocate and early adopter.

• Develop secure systems to protect Lido Protocol, DAO, applications, contributors, partners, and stakers. • Define processes, systems, and applications to make attacks difficult to execute and easy to detect. • Embed security practices and tools within the development pipeline. • Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks. • Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. • Lead or participate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery. • Monitor security alerts and incidents to identify and respond to threats promptly. • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security is incorporated from design to deployment and maintenance. • Provide training and support on security tools and techniques, emphasizing soft skills like communication, negotiation, and influence.

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users. • Identify and generate new stETH and stVaults integration and collaboration opportunities through various channels, moving from outreach, pitching, to signed commercial agreements. • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle for your accounts. • Lead collaborations and integrations, coordinating independently with relevant internal and external stakeholders. • Source incentives for stETH growth and adoption, preparing clear proposals and securing the necessary approvals to support launches and expansions. • Keep track of daily happenings and news in DeFi and TradFi.

• Lead IT support operations, ensuring contributors receive timely, consistent, and high-quality support across hardware, software, access, network, and SaaS-related issues. • Oversee the support team’s workflows, service standards, documentation, and escalation processes. • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions that improve reliability and reduce support burden. • Create, maintain, and enforce IT policies related to device usage, software, access, support processes, and operational standards. • Work closely with DevOps, SecOps, and other internal service teams to resolve complex technical issues requiring cross-functional expertise. • Align support processes with internal service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and clear ownership across teams. • Facilitate knowledge sharing between IT support and internal technical teams to improve troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution quality. • Support IT projects such as system rollouts, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, access changes, and tooling improvements. • Act as a bridge between contributors and internal service teams, providing feedback to improve systems, processes, and tools. • Manage IT vendors, including procurement, onboarding, performance management, renewals, and off-boarding. • Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory management, device lifecycle, and software licence management. • Operate within the vendor governance framework defined by senior technology leadership, ensuring alignment with organisation-wide standards and policies. • Develop and report on key IT support metrics, including service performance, user satisfaction, recurring issues, and improvement initiatives. • Contribute to broader IT strategy by sharing insights from support trends, operational data, and contributor feedback.

• Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including strategic partnerships, integrations, client services, and vendor arrangements. • Collaborate closely with contributors across the ecosystem to ensure contractual alignment with the protocol’s broader goals and initiatives. • Support contract management, negotiation workflows, and risk assessment processes. • Provide practical legal advice on new opportunities, ecosystem initiatives, product integrations, and commercial partnerships. • Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate legal risks, balancing commercial opportunity with sound risk management. • Support the development of legal frameworks that strengthen the resilience and scalability of the Lido ecosystem. • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives around decentralised protocols, open-source ecosystems, and legal innovation.

• Define qualification criteria for strategies, counterparties, and protocols • Lead financial and reputational due diligence on new opportunities • Set allocation limits, concentration rules, and counterparty exposure caps • Identify and monitor smart contract, liquidity, counterparty, market risks across active vaults • Maintain a risk framework with clear thresholds and escalation paths • Own incident response end-to-end: detection, resolution, post-mortem • Define parameters for rebalancing, withdrawals, and vault lifecycle events • Build runbooks so operations don't depend on any single person • Work with engineering to automate and audit operational processes • Represent curation decisions in DAO governance and community forums if needed • Manage relationships with counterparties, protocol teams, and strategy providers
