Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary This is a hands-on technical leadership role as the Head of Engineering, where you will work directly with the founders to design the platform architecture, develop core systems, and lead the engineering team as the company scales. You will be responsible for building a secure, scalable platform that supports thousands of global entrepreneurs, including automated workflows, customer onboarding systems, payment infrastructure, and business management dashboards. What You Will Build You will lead development of a platform that includes: - Automated US company formation workflows - Global customer onboarding and KYC verification systems - Document generation and management systems - Client dashboards and business management portals - Payment and subscription infrastructure - CRM integrations and customer lifecycle tools - Internal operations and automation tools - A service upsell marketplace offering add-ons such as virtual addresses, website creation, credit-building services, and more The platform will be designed to support thousands of international founders, requiring strong focus on automation, scalability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities - Architect and build the core SaaS platform infrastructure - Lead development of web and mobile applications - Define and maintain platform architecture and system design - Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Manage sprint planning, engineering workflow, and delivery timelines - Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards - Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability - Integrate third-party services including payments, KYC, banking APIs, CRM systems, and document storage - Design internal tools for operational efficiency and automation - Manage deployment pipelines, CI/CD infrastructure, and production releases - Hire, mentor, and scale the engineering team as the company grows

- 5+ years of professional software development experience
