CSG
• Analyze, design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial, and cloud-native security solutions across public cloud environments. • Participate in upgrading and implementing new applications, and in satisfying enhancement requests; collaborating with business users where required. • Support and resolve incidents logged by customers. • Configure the applications according to business requirements. • Create and maintain training materials, quick reference guides, and system configuration documentation. • Facilitate and support unit and business acceptance testing. • Regular and reliable attendance is required. Incumbent is accountable for professional working behavior to include - building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG's core competencies and values.
Job Requirements
- Associates/bachelor's degree with a concentration in (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP System / Application Support.
- Analytical with strong business sense.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and an eager self-starter.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
- Ability to work with development and technical resources to understand current system technical design and functionality.
- Understanding of accounting and finance terminology and practices.
- Novice reading/writing SQL skills.
- Developing troubleshooting skills.
- Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (AP, GL, FA, AR, PA, PO, AR, iProcurement, iExpense, etc.) support experience, release 12.
- Developing Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
