Junior Content Marketing Associate
Insense | TikTok & Meta Partner
• Assist with marketing admin tasks: Coordinate sponsorships, brief team members, and provide general support to ensure all marketing initiatives run smoothly. • Create and maintain marketing reports: Regularly update performance reports across all marketing channels to measure campaign success. • Apply analytical thinking to interpret data and share insights that help improve marketing performance • Assist with content distribution: Identify opportunities to boost lead generation through effective content distribution across various channels, including the website, social media, ads, and email marketing. • Assist with SEO and content marketing operations: Collaborate with our SEO specialist to coordinate agreements with external websites for backlinks and article features, and assist with preparing the content pipeline for our content writer. • Support email marketing efforts: including list management, creating email campaigns, template setup, and campaign reporting. • Contribute to diverse marketing projects: Get involved in initiatives across all stages of the marketing funnel, from content partnerships, website lead captures, and creative assets (infographics, eBooks, cheat sheets) to event sponsorships, paid advertising campaigns, and more.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year experience in email marketing, content marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong English writing and editing skills
- Experience working with email metrics and performance dashboards
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar email tools
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and reports
- Performance-driven and able to deliver high-quality work quickly.
- Experience or familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, Jira, Figma, and Miro.
