We at Holycode are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team, Carauktion. Role Overview We are looking for a Product Owner who will take full ownership of a dedicated Business Unit, responsible for its strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business goals into a clear, executable product direction. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, acts on data, and treats AI as a genuine productivity multiplier not just a novelty. We expect you to apply AI tools thoughtfully and critically throughout your day-to-day work, knowing when to use them and, equally, when not to. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the strategic roadmap for a key Business Unit, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, refining requirements and ensuring successful delivery. - Define and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions based on product analytics and business impact. - Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of features. - Analyze product performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience and business outcomes. - Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and enhance output quality. - Maintain an end-to-end ownership mentality, ensuring product success from inception to release. - Foster a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, focusing on business impact and efficiency. About the Role The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist EP will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse and Opal (FARAPULSE - Pulsed Field Ablation System - Boston Scientific) system during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. In addition, you will also specialize with our wider portfolio including POLARx and Access Solutions. This role covers the region of Lucerne - Tessin. Your responsibilities will include: - Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system, and software development. - Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse and Opal device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments. - Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse and Opal system and its components. - Providing initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for development team and sales representatives (as appropriate) on Farapulse, Opal development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features. - Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals. - Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospitals and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales. - Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions. - In this role, you will be responsible for the area of Lucerne - Tessin and may on occasion be required to support colleagues in neighboring regions. - This remote field-based role will require travel (approximately 80%). What are we looking for in you: - Professional industry experience (1 or 2 years) in a similar role is beneficial; however, not a requirement. - Successfully completed studies within Biomedical Sciences (or a similar subject area), preferably within electrophysiology. - Strong communication skills. - Can understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details. - Professional working proficiency language skills Italian, German and English. - Can rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace. - Strong team player, collaborative, and can build relationships and work cross-functionally. - Self-motivated and can influence others. - Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent. - Willing and can travel extensively as required by workload.
