AAA
• Data input for product specific tracking of contracts, rates and promotions to expedite for implementation • Research hotel price matching and coordinate efforts with other departments and partners • Support and assist all departments with product related questions and concerns. • Assist in researching new products & destinations • Develop and maintain business relations with partners, while acting as primary contact when Product Director is not available • Ensure that partner rates, inventory, promos, are loaded correctly and marketing sales campaigns, etc. are loaded on time before the launch date of the sales campaign • As requested, assist Product Directors with any additional duties or special projects that may arise • Review QL2 reports on a daily basis to ensure hotel rates are competitive and report to the hotels any missing promotion or any Tour Operator or OTA that is not using the margins stated in the contract with the hotel • Assist our Sales Department in the coordination of Educational trips • All other duties as assigned

Field Inventory Specialist (Remote)

Work Flexibility: Remote What you will do The Field Inventory Specialist (Remote) partners with Field Inventory Analysts to assist with the execution of the strategy set for Field Operations. This includes, but not limited to, managing the rep stock inventory program, consignments and other initiatives and projects run by the Field Inventory Analysts and Field Inventory Manager. The employee can work 100% virtually in the US without any set territory or proximity required. - Perform annual audit reconciliation conducted by field sales of external customer consignment inventory and report metrics to sales management - Reconcile annual audits conducted by Field Sales of rep stock inventory and report metrics to sales management, including write offs, write ons and inventory accuracy - Assist Inventory Analysts with the Field Sales rep stock program - Assist with the field sales team to troubleshoot product inventory discrepancies and correct the ERP where needed - Provide second-level FIMS support and troubleshooting alongside Sales Support - Generate, amend, research and reconcile external customer consignment contracts based on customer and business needs - Assist Inventory Analysts in implementing the inventory initiative goals set forth by leadership - Assist in administering the bounty program by partnering with Marketing, Sales and Customer Care. - Implement the product bag program, overseeing new bag needs, returns, and repairs or replacements as need be in partnership with Medical Education team.
