Reporting to the Sales Director France, you will focus on building deep partnerships with agencies, driving incremental revenue, and educating teams to maximize success on our platform. What You’ll Be Doing - Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned media agencies, driving adoption of StackAdapt’s platform and increasing programmatic advertising revenue. - Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders (C-level executives, Managing Directors) while also engaging operational teams like Media Planners and Buyers in companies like Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas,WPP Media, Publicis Media and other media agencies. - Lead negotiations and close long-term commercial agreements, ensuring agency alignment with StackAdapt’s solutions. - Educate and empower agencies to become advocates for StackAdapt through in-depth training and showcasing our platform's capabilities. - Partner with internal teams, including Account Managers, Sales Managers and Product Specialists, to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional results for agency clients. - Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and agency needs to proactively address challenges and identify growth opportunities. - Present performance metrics and key insights to agencies, aligning on mutual goals and optimizing the use of our platform. What You Bring to the Table - 7+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales, with a strong focus on agency partnerships. - Demonstrated success working with and growing accounts within media agency networks (HoldCo and independent). - Proven ability to manage C-level relationships while influencing decision-making across all levels of an organization. - Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, agency operating models, and digital advertising technologies. - Experience developing client pitch decks, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in French and English. - A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. - Willingness to travel occasionally to attend in-person client meetings and industry events.
