Job Description
Sales Coordinator
Coloplast
• Monitor and analyze sales performance by market and distributor, identifying areas for improvement • Achieve assigned sales target for the assigned markets • Serve as the primary point of contact for international distributors in assigned territories • Build and maintain strong business relationships through regular communication • Coordinate agreements, other necessary documents and order forecasts • Become product expert to help with product education, train distributor staff • Support distributors in planning and executing local sales and marketing initiatives • Handle day-to-day inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and logistics • Gather market feedback, competitor information and distributor insights • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, RA, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing, registration if needed and timely deliveries • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Medical Education or a related field)
- Min 2 years of experience in international sales coordination, export sales or distributor management
- Experience in medical devices/ pharmaceutical company would be an asset
- Fluency in English (additionally Spanish would be an advantage)
