About the role: We’re seeking an experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to help design, automate, and scale secure, compliant cloud infrastructure supporting containerized and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar) and is passionate about Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD, and enabling developer velocity through automation and best practices. This role will report to the Director of Product Engineering and is expected to travel no more than 10% of the time. This is a full-time, term-limited position for 1 year. Code for America is based in California and can employ those who reside full-time within the United States. This is a remote position.
