Role Description As our second QA Engineer, you will take real ownership of quality across our products and help shape how QA is built in our team from the ground up. Working closely with our QA Lead, you will independently drive test planning, build automation, and improve quality standards across the entire development lifecycle — from frontend to cloud infrastructure. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies including AI-based computer vision, browser-based 3D visualization, and modern cloud systems — all contributing to software that helps clinicians make faster and more accurate diagnoses. Responsibilities - Take ownership of test planning for releases — from defining scope to keeping documentation up to date. - Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright across our frontend and backend systems. - Test and validate our cloud-based infrastructure (AWS), making sure everything runs reliably in production. - Work closely with engineers, product managers, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-quality releases. - Investigate bugs, identify root causes, and help improve overall product stability. - Track and improve quality over time by looking at metrics like bugs per release or test coverage. - Continuously challenge and improve how we approach testing as a team. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance. - Strong experience with test automation (ideally Playwright). - Solid programming skills (Python and/or TypeScript). - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. pytest or similar). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Docker. - Comfortable working in Linux environments. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of test planning. What You Will Do: - Provide leadership and guidance for installing an effective global Quality Risk Management program. - Implement the Quality Risk Management Program Roadmap and Risk Maturity Model, and support execution of corresponding Gap Assessments. - Work with different support functions business partners to manage key elements (e.g., Leadership, Program + Tools, Training, Culture) contributing to an effective Quality Risk Management installation. - Partner and collaborate with the different Global Quality Systems groups (e.g., Supplier Quality, Digital Quality Systems, Lab Systems & Technology, Quality Operations, Global Compliance, Quality Academy, and Quality Assurance Systems) from a Quality Risk Management standpoint. - Identify, facilitate, and implement continuous improvement projects related to Quality Risk Management processes and systems thru the adoption of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System. - A Quality Risk Management SME. - Serve as a Lead / SME in Quality Risk Management governance processes. - Leverage Quality Risk Management practitioners across the network to support sites in the region. - Ensure risk assessments are conducted at required intervals and frequencies. - Manage the global Risk Register process / program. - Actively contribute in the Community of Practice. - Provide Quality Risk Management training. - Implement 'Pilot' type of initiatives directly or indirectly related to the Quality Risk Management program. Up to 25% travel required. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or other physical science degrees with relevant work experience. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years' experience in pharma/biopharma regulated industry (GxP) with strong direct hands-on pharmaceutical experience in Quality Risk Management processes, QA, Operations, Technical Services, R&D, or a combination, with a minimum of 4 years' validation experience. - Strong project management experience with ability to work in matrix / remote environment. - Proven Project Management experience. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across a portfolio of projects. - Ability to drive continuous improvement / operational excellence. - Ability to work independently with little supervision, especially remotely. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Ability to communicate via web-based conferencing / collaboration platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and effective presentation skills. - Ability to influence peers and Quality Risk Management practitioners to overcome common pitfalls & paradigms (e.g., 'one-off' activity, an additional task, 'gray' area, not adding new value) thru the practical adoption of effective Quality Risk Management. Role Description CrowdStrike’s Malware Research Center (MRC) is at the core of Falcon’s malware detection and response capabilities. The Red Team Intern will work on MRC’s Adversarial Emulation team, dedicated to simulating threat actor activities, researching new techniques, and evaluating and improving CrowdStrike’s products. You will assist in planning and executing assessments to measure and improve product effectiveness. - Assist in the design and execution of adversary emulations, emerging threats & techniques research, and measure product effectiveness. - Support the analysis and reverse engineering of malware and offensive security tools to understand threat actor tradecraft. - Report findings and mitigation strategies to both technical and management audiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance CrowdStrike products’ capabilities.
