Ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory guidelines throughout the escalation process. - Utilizing appropriate remote support tools to diagnose and correct issues, reducing unnecessary field dispatch and improving service efficiency. Applying sound judgment to determine when onsite intervention may be required. - Applying best practices and continuous improvement principles while diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and determining next steps. Strengthening overall team productivity by sharing insights, expanding technical knowledge, and contributing to enhanced service delivery. - Shift time: Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12AM EDT. You're the right fit if: - You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment. Philips MRI experience and training is required. - Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to diagnose and repair equipment remotely, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment. Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position in: - AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VI, VA, WV, WI, and WY is $42.00 to $65.00. - DE, MD, MN, and RI is $44.00 to $69.00. - CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA, and Washington, D.C. is $47.00 to $73.00. 2nd shift roles are eligible for a shift pay differential. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
