Job Description: Strategic Imperative: The Account Manager is integral in making sure that our clients are satisfied, meeting their expected revenue goals and continue to spend their advertising dollars with Prodege. Giving exceptional customer service is vital in making sure that our clients needs are being met on a daily basis. The Account Manager role typically manages a larger book of client business and/or more enterprise accounts versus the Associate Account Manager. Who We Are! BItBurst, a Prodege, LLC company, is a market research company that uses technology to connect people with surveys and provide real-time insights for industries. The company uses its own panels and those of third parties to conduct research and connect targeted audiences with market research globally. BitBurst also offers apps that provide rewarded surveys and other tasks for money, such as gift cards or micro payments. Primary Objectives: - Work alongside and in partnership with Sales Directors and Account Managers/Sr. Account Managers to provide clients best in class service. - Maintain strong relationships with current clients, provide client support, renew and grow the account base. - Continuously assess the needs and preferences of clients. Staying informed about industry trends, developments and being able to proactively offer solutions that align with the clients objectives. - Review data provided by Prodege’s merchants for accuracy and conformity to requested specifications. - Manage, create and activate campaigns from inception to live environment. Detailed Job Duties: - Day to day contact and communication with clients - Travel as needed to meet with or provide service to current or prospective clients, or attend sales meetings or industry events. - Manage multiple stages of production timeline - Identify, reconcile and resolve discrepancies of incomplete information or assets - Be responsible for development, completion and processing proposals/specs - Be the central communicator between all stakeholders taking campaigns from inception through completion and reporting successfully - Understand client objectives, improve campaign success by analyzing campaign and effectively communicating optimization recommendations to maximize account growth and retention - Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are being met with respect to client needs and expectations - Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal groups to improve and enhance product offerings. - Work cross departmentally for issue resolution when needed - Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels - Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner The MUST Haves: - 3+ years experience at interactive agency or equivalent - Travel: Sales employees (including but not limited to account management, business development, sales representatives) may be required to travel up to 50%.
