For more information, please visit www.wealthenhancement.com. Our Dix Hills, NY Team is looking for a Receptionist to work on-site with flexibility to leave by 4:00 pm. They will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience. This role also includes managing scheduling for financial advisors, ensuring efficient coordination of client meetings and office activities. The hourly target for this role is $19.00 - $22.00/hr depending on experience. We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions Reception Duties: - Responsible for greeting clients in for meetings and providing a high level of customer service to new/existing clients - Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service needs through switchboard maintenance - Enthusiastically greet and announce clients - Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients Scheduling Management & Meeting Preparation: - Coordinate and manage financial advisors’ calendars, scheduling client meetings and strategy sessions - Set up meeting rooms, organize materials, and ensure a seamless experience for clients - Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up with clients as needed Maintain Reception Area / Mail Deliveries and Kitchen: - Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS mail deliveries - Maintain office cleanliness and client preparedness: - Make sure dishes are clean and kitchen area is properly maintained - Order various client related beverages and treats - Ensure the Reception Area is proper for client visits Project Assistance - Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested Other duties as assigned Educations / Qualifications - HS Diploma / 2 year degree a preferred - 2 year’s office/reception experience - Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude - Professional appearance; voice and interaction with customers - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to work with all levels of staff and management - Ability to prioritize work flow and projects; work in a deadline environment and be flexible - Detail oriented - Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Ability to work as a Team Member - Time Off is arranged with your Manager at least two weeks in advance WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Lead level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00.
