GrowthX AI

• Design and build custom solutions that range from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications • Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into elegant technical solutions • Contribute to developing tools for marketing team and creating micro-applications • Update website and micro-apps, develop client-specific applications, configure LLMs, and build internal tools

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a forward deployed engineer or similar role
  • Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React (TypeScript) experience
  • Backend development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred, but Python or Node also welcomed)
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn UI (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfort integrating with and configuring LLMs and AI systems
  • Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
  • Experience building data-driven tools and web applications
  • Open-minded approach to using AI tools like Cursor and Cline for enhancing development productivity
