• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor during the post-sales process, embed with customer teams to understand their workflows and demonstrate how Ocrolus’ technology improves efficiency in mortgage origination. • Review and consult on technical solutions, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations that solve real business problems. • Build and support technical solutions and integrations for mortgage clients using Ocrolus, Encompass, and other POS/LOS mortgage platforms. • Run proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate ROI fast. • Troubleshoot gnarly technical issues in live environments and get things back on track. • Partner with the Account Management and Product teams to deliver value, and influence the roadmap. • Travel occasionally (~30–50%) to customer sites and industry events

• Design and develop tools that expose AI/ML capabilities to autonomous agents • Take proven research outputs and integrate them into the Higharc product as packages and components • Work across the Python ML/AI service layer and the TypeScript/React product • Build frameworks for rapid evaluation, iteration, and promotion of prototypes • Operate in lock-step with the broader engineering organization and participate in customer-facing labs sessions • Serve as the primary translation layer between the research team and the product engineering team • Convert experimental notebooks, fine-tuned models, and RAG pipelines into maintainable, testable, deployable code • Develop working knowledge of the homebuilding domain sufficient to make independent judgment calls about which capabilities matter

• Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans to guide completion of critical document submittals, manufacturing activities, surveillance (witness and hold) points, inspections, and tests and ensure vendor compliance with critical requirements • Coordinate activities of Westinghouse functions responsible for driving supplier performance including Supply Chain (buyers and category managers), Design Engineering, and Supplier Quality Oversight • Identify and escalate supplier issues, risk, and quality events. Promote prompt resolution of issues by coordinating activities, issuing communications, and identifying partners to ensure prompt identification of impacted products, disposition of issues, and implementation of corrective action • Monitor supplier performance metrics (On-Time Delivery, Quality issues, Deviation Notices) for assigned suppliers to proactively identify negative performance trends and implement causal analysis, corrective actions, and Supplier Improvement Plans to mitigate issues. • Evaluate procurement (supplier) risk, soliciting partner input, and using resources to develop security of supply risk mitigation plans • Oversee internal and external (supplier) corrective action requests, performing cause analyses and verifying completion of preventative and corrective actions • Perform technical evaluations of suppliers to assess manufacturing capability, capacity, process controls, compliance with applicable regulations, codes and standards, and associated risks • Identify gaps between supplier capabilities and Westinghouse technical / quality requirements to establish and implement development plans. Lead supplier development and qualification activities for new products, supplier improvement projects, and cost reduction efforts. This includes performing supplier development activities to establish or improve suppliers' manufacturing processes and quality management systems to meet Westinghouse requirements. • Review and disposition supplier process documents, process capability analyses, measurement system analyses, input to design for manufacturability. • Work with Design Engineering to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated to support suppliers. • Support implementation of Value Analysis / Value Engineering, Design for Assembly, and Design for Manufacturing principles during the design process.

• Confirm design and functionality of upper-level controls of automated sortation systems • Isolate and correct controls I/O issues using PLC and HMI feedback along with basic electrical troubleshooting techniques • Write and implement PLC code, integrate subsystems, and assist in all on-site controls engineering tasks • Utilize HMI using commercially available products such as Ignition, Wonderware, RSView, or FactoryTalk View • Implement PLC and HMI programs to satisfy current design and customer specifications under the supervision of Sr. Level Controls Engineers • Work with FORTNA employees, customer representatives and third-party vendors to ensure all aspects of a project are considered during both the design and execution phases • Review electrical designs and provide accurate as-built drawings for approval • Commission complex automated systems, provide site engineering support, and complete system acceptance testing.
