Job Description

Workday Product Analyst – HCM

E-Verify Program

• Builds and maintains a deep understanding of HR business processes, user needs, and Workday HCM usage across the HR Systems landscape. • Analyzes and documents business requirements, identifying opportunities to leverage standard Workday functionality and best practices. • Evaluates Workday features, releases, and enhancements to recommend optimal solutions aligned with business needs and platform strategy. • Partners with HR process owners to provide consultative guidance on system capabilities, design options, and impacts to downstream processes. • Advances the broader HR Systems roadmap and the ongoing refinement of the Workday HCM roadmap by providing data-driven insights, solution assessments, and development recommendations. • Monitors industry trends, Workday community insights, and peer practices to inform continuous improvement recommendations. • Supports the implementation and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions by translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories. • Partners with Technology Solutions and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented. • Assists in defining and executing testing strategies for Workday releases, enhancements, and new functionality. • Ensures solutions meet quality, compliance, and change control standards by reviewing designs, test results, and outcomes. • Participates in agile delivery activities (e.g., planning sessions, demos, retrospectives) as a functional and business representative. • Serves as a primary functional contact for Workday HCM inquiries, issue triage, and enhancement requests. • Acts as a key HCM reporting resource, supporting reporting needs and ensuring data usability and consistency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred, in IT, Business, Product/Project Management or equivalent
  • At least three years experience in Workday HCM functionality
  • Advanced Workday analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in 3 or more of the following Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking & Absence, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Learning, Succession Planning and Payroll.
  • Thorough understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security and Report Writing.
  • Preferred knowledge in Custom Fields and Custom Objects Creation and Maintenance
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills

Job Summary The Senior Product Support Analyst provides expert-level support in planning, analyzing, and executing product support and sustainment strategies for complex defense systems, including 5th generation platforms such as the F-35.
