• Designing and implementing billing and internal analytics systems using Python, with a focus on processing billing statistics, data analysis, and reporting. • Writing high-quality Python code that leverages FastAPI, relational databases, RabbitMQ, Redis, and other technologies to support robust billing and analytics workflows. • Developing scalable and efficient data pipelines to handle large volumes of data. • Building tools and APIs to provide real-time billing insights and analytics for various Gcore products. • Monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining the performance and reliability of services. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and analytics capabilities across all Gcore platforms.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with international sanctions regulations, including EU, US, and UK legal frameworks • Manage data protection matters both internally and externally (employees, customers, partners, and counterparties), including GDPR and other EU/UK/US regulations, as well as internal policies • Supervise internal compliance processes, including conducting KYC and KYS procedures • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), and draft related data protection and privacy documentation • Handle service abuse notices, takedown requests, and disclosure requests from copyright holders, authorities, and other parties • Communicate with authorities, banks, and internal departments on matters within scope of responsibility • Develop and review workflows for handling service abuse and takedown notices • Support the Compliance Manager in assessing compliance risks and handling related tasks • Assist the Compliance Manager with due diligence related to business operations • Identify and flag key compliance issues and trends, and escalate them to management • Stay up to date with regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance and risk control

• First-line support, which includes handling customers and internal users requests via chat, email, and phone (rarely happens) in English; • Provide consultations about our products and services, such as Cloud, CDN, Hosting, AI and more; • Resolve technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and collect the information about customers and users incidents, forward it up to the higher levels of technical support if needed.

• Lead the development of scalable IAM systems using Python and Django and related frameworks adhering to best practices and architectural standards. • Design and implement asynchronous APIs and workflows using AsyncAPI, Celery, and message brokers like RabbitMQ. • Build integrations with external systems. • Design and optimize relational for identity data, ensuring performance, consistency, and security. • Develop secure, RESTful, and event-driven APIs for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. • Ensure the security and compliance of IAM systems by implementing best practices and adhering to industry standards. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. • Perform code reviews and contribute to improving the team's coding standards. • Work closely with DevOps, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and secure IAM solutions. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all IAM processes, configurations, and integrations.
