• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure for AI inference workloads, including GPU scheduling, model deployment pipelines, and data access patterns in on-prem environments • Build and manage monitoring and observability tools for AI inference platforms, including dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for model health and system performance • Collaborate with ML engineers and platform teams to design system architecture for AI workloads, integrate inference runtimes, and test performance at scale

• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines in GitLab (pipelines-as-code, runners, templates, caching, artifact strategies). • Manage container platforms with Kubernetes (deployments, ingress, services, HPA, troubleshooting). • Maintain container build and runtime workflows with Docker (image optimization, multi-stage builds, registries). • Embed DevSecOps practices into delivery: SAST/DAST/dependency scanning, secrets scanning policy gates, approvals, compliance-friendly pipelines hardening images and runtime controls. • Improve reliability and performance: monitoring/alerting, log aggregation, incident response capacity planning, scaling, resilience improvements. • Collaborate on architecture decisions and document standards/runbooks.

• Design, build, and maintain the Traffic Management System API (a Go service) to manage routing and traffic-steering configuration across our global edge fleet • Develop the agent that renders and applies routing configuration on edge nodes, reliably driving desired state from the API out to the edge • Build and extend BGP and Anycast routing capabilities, including config rendering, peer-group and route-map support, and prefix filtering, as we consolidate edge routing onto a single control plane • Develop and maintain automated failover and high-availability solutions, including non-stop maintenance mode and capacity- and health-aware traffic offloading from saturated points of presence • Strengthen reliability through strong test coverage (config rendering and end-to-end pipeline tests), metrics, and observability across the routing pipeline • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, reliability, and resiliency

• Enhance the quality and reliability of software products by driving test automation, building QA infrastructure, and implementing strategies that ensure effective and stable testing processes. • Drive quality assurance initiatives through the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing solutions for backend services and APIs. • Build scalable test automation frameworks, develop internal quality tools, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery. • Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to improve product quality, increase test coverage, and optimize automation execution. • Analyze test results, investigate failures, and perform root cause analysis. • Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to improve product quality - Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency. • Participate in code reviews and establish automation best practices. • Contribute to quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. • Evaluate and adopt modern engineering tools and practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.

• Manage the deployment and upkeep of internal network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment • Install, configure, and maintain internal servers and services • Implement infrastructure changes and improvements • Plan and execute regular infrastructure maintenance to ensure system health and uptime • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the infrastructure at both hardware and software levels

• Build and maintain relationships with colocation providers and data center operators globally. • Maintain up-to-date visibility into available capacity across key data center markets. • Support sourcing activities for: single rack deployments, private cages, enterprise colocation, and larger infrastructure opportunities. • Coordinate RFI/RFP processes with operators and suppliers. • Source and compare suitable facilities based on: location, power availability, cooling capabilities, connectivity options, commercial terms, and deployment timelines. • Maintain internal tracking tools and databases covering: supplier contacts, pricing information, capacity availability, and market intelligence. • Support commercial discussions and quote collection with operators. • Monitor developments across the data center market including: new facility launches, supply constraints, pricing trends, and emerging markets. • Work closely with sales and technical teams to support customer opportunities. • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. • Develop strong awareness of global data center market dynamics and maintain active engagement within the industry.

• Designing and implementing billing and internal analytics systems using Python, with a focus on processing billing statistics, data analysis, and reporting. • Writing high-quality Python code that leverages FastAPI, relational databases, RabbitMQ, Redis, and other technologies to support robust billing and analytics workflows. • Developing scalable and efficient data pipelines to handle large volumes of data. • Building tools and APIs to provide real-time billing insights and analytics for various Gcore products. • Monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining the performance and reliability of services. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and analytics capabilities across all Gcore platforms.
