As a Product Analyst, you will work daily with the operations and product leadership teams to develop, execute, monitor, and refine initiatives that drive value and quantify that value as it pertains to improving the product for our customers and evaluating financial performance. The role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from reporting to strategic analysis. This won't be a monotonous job - the business challenges are constant, and the solutions ever changing. The ability to jump into uncharted waters and manage multiple projects with changing priorities is a must. As a focused, hard-working and meticulous Product Analyst, you will continue to develop functional expertise in data analysis as well as in-depth and expert industry insight and knowledge providing the key insights and findings to improve how we serve our customers. What You Will Do As A Product Analyst - Provide actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance - Analyze business problems using data from internal and external sources - Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting tools - Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to attribute key business drivers - Analyze and define metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives - Be a proponent of test/learn culture by enabling and supporting experimentation - Use data to generates forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans to drive actions What You will Bring As A Product Analyst - Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, business administration - 2+ years of relevant experience in an analytical, data and/or business roles; experience within related field and industry is a plus - Experience querying databases, researching, analyzing and summarizing data in a business environment - Strong SQL or scripting skills and ability to use Excel to do further analysis - Strong creative problem-solving skills, business insight, and customer focus - Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical data into actionable insight to general audiences - Able to work cross-functionally and to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment - Data visualization skills – Tableau experience preferred - Competency in at least one scripting language (R, Python, etc.) is nice to have - Experience solving ambiguous problems using data and making it easy for the business to act based on practical business insight is a plus - Understanding of data modeling / schemas and ability to work with DW engineers to source and plan for data needs is nice to have - Proven experience working with US based business teams  - Excellent written and communication skills in English language - Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap  - Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from March 25, 2026.
