You will be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our largest and most important veterinary accounts, driving the expansion of pet insurance penetration within their networks. Job Location: Remote - USA Main Responsibilities: - Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within major Veterinary Corporate Groups in the U.S. - Develop a deep understanding of each corporate group’s business model, needs, and strategic objectives to create tailored value propositions. - Design, implement, and manage strategic marketing contracts that position our pet insurance offerings as a preferred or exclusive solution for their clients. - Serve as the primary strategic owner of the relationship, responsible for driving adoption, growth, and retention within the assigned portfolio of accounts. - Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) with Group leadership to analyze performance, share insights, and collaboratively plan future growth strategies. - Develop and oversee the execution of joint promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive pet insurance enrollment. - Manage the allocation and reporting of trade funds and co-op marketing budgets, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and maximum return on investment (ROI). - Partner closely with the Field Sales Team to ensure seamless joint execution of contracts and promotions at the local and regional level, driving mutual success across the organization. - Demonstrate strong organizational agility by effectively mobilizing internal resources—including teams from Technology, Claims, and Operations—to deliver contractual obligations, implement new programs, and resolve service issues for your accounts. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and account performance within the CRM system.
