About the Role This role is part of a strategic initiative in the logistics and supply chain sector, aimed at enhancing and extending a cloud-based platform built natively on Salesforce. The platform helps businesses digitize, optimize, and automate end-to-end global logistics processes, including multimodal freight (air, ocean, road), warehousing, and customs management. We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions within this logistics and supply chain platform. You will work closely with architects, developers, consultants, and QA teams, helping to define technical solutions, deliver high-quality code, and maintain best practices across the platform. The team focuses on developing new features, integrating with third-party systems, and improving platform scalability and security, while supporting both internal product enhancements and direct client implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and security principles. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and related technologies. - Architect technical solutions based on business needs and guide the development team. - Implement complex sharing and security models and integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. - Define and execute test plans to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and environment independence. - Ensure code quality through peer reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing best practices. - Stay current with Salesforce technologies and promote innovation and best practices. - Contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership through documentation, webinars, and industry events. Qualifications - 5–7 years of demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs. - Hands-on experience with deployment and release management tools such as Copado, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps solutions. - Experience writing unit tests and ensuring code quality. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. - Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new technologies beyond the core Salesforce platform. - Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (or preferably Platform Developer II) and/or Platform App Builder.
