For our clients, you will be creating accessible, inclusive products and services that are easy to understand and use. You will work with organisations to understand their goals, improve user journeys, content quality, and the service they need to provide. You will be able to work closely with other disciplines within agile delivery teams. In particular user researchers, service designers, and interaction designers, as well as influential stakeholders such as service owners and policy teams. Qualifications - Agile working. You understand agile methodology and how to apply agile ways of working to designing content. You know how to make sure you and the team has an awareness of user needs and how individual contributions link to broader objectives. You'll share work early and often, encourage team and cross-functional collaboration and promote consistency in communications. You can work in a fast-paced environment, using iterative and flexible approaches to deliver outcomes rapidly. You can use platforms and tools like Figma and Jira to collaborate, manage and document your work to others. - Stakeholder relationship management. You can identify important stakeholders, tailoring communication to their needs, and work with teams to build these relationships. You have experience representing the user to these groups and using evidence to build consensus to deliver the best outcome. - Strategic thinking. • Contribute and support the Power, Lighting, Grounding, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, and Systems or Low Voltage Engineering efforts for the firm • Execute drafting and design duties to ensure quality is always maintained • Demonstrates proficiency with lighting calculations, panelboard load calculations, and load demand calculations • Performs system calculations and reviews shop drawing submittals

• Converting mockups into production-ready vector proofs • Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use • Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations • Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof • Sending proof to customers for review and approval • Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays • Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions • Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements • Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

• Performs functional logic verification of an integrated SoC to ensure design will meet specifications • Defines and develops scalable and reusable block, subsystem, and SoC verification plans, test benches, and the verification environment • Executes verification plans and defines and runs emulation and system simulation models to verify the design • Replicates, root causes, and debugs issues in the presilicon environment • Finds and implements corrective measures to resolve failing tests • Collaborates and communicates with SoC architects, microarchitects, full chip architects, RTL developers, postsilicon, and physical design teams • Documents test plans and drives technical reviews of plans and proofs with design and architecture teams • Incorporates and executes security activities within test plans, including regression and debug tests
