Production Designer
Delegate CX
• Converting mockups into production-ready vector proofs • Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use • Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations • Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof • Sending proof to customers for review and approval • Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays • Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions • Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements • Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of vector artwork, production file setup, and print-ready formatting
- Ability to scale and adapt artwork to meet production specifications across various product types
- Ability to design digital assets for both internal and client-facing use (e.g. banners and store images)
- Sharp attention to detail, especially when working quickly and on tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, and color-matching best practices
- A creative eye and interest in design trends
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
