• Contribute and support leadership of Power, Lighting, and Low Voltage Engineering • Project Management for cross discipline MEP/FP projects • Lead and mentor subordinate staff • Execute design duties to ensure quality products • Maintain communication with clients • Manage project schedules and budgets • Develop new business relationships and promote company services

• Contribute and support the Power, Lighting, Grounding, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, and Systems or Low Voltage Engineering efforts for the firm • Execute drafting and design duties to ensure quality is always maintained • Demonstrates proficiency with lighting calculations, panelboard load calculations, and load demand calculations • Performs system calculations and reviews shop drawing submittals

• The Senior Mechanical Engineer (SME) Senior Project Manager (SPM) shall contribute and support leadership of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Process, and Utility Engineering in addition to Project Management efforts of cross-discipline Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) projects for the firm. • The SME SPM shall be a graduated engineer from an ABET-accredited institution who shall directly contribute to the Firm and its success through engineering, design, technical leadership, and project management efforts. • The SME SPM is also responsible for contributing to the growth of the team by leading and mentoring subordinate staff in expanding their capabilities and contributions. • The SME SPM shall execute design duties as required to ensure quality products. • The SME SPM shall be a Mechanical Engineer registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) at a minimum. • Additional credentials are encouraged and desired.

• The Structural Engineer (SE) for Above Group shall contribute and support the Engineering efforts for the Firm. • The SE shall possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, and a master’s degree with a structural emphasis or equivalent, from an ABET accredited institution. • Contribute to the Firm's success through the application of knowledge and technical experience to effectively produce a quality design. • Responsible for leading and mentoring subordinate staff in expanding their capabilities. • Executes design duties to ensure quality is always maintained. • Collaborate and mentor subordinate staff regarding their responsibilities on a daily basis.

• Contribute and support structural design efforts • Directly contribute to the Firm and its success through drafting and design efforts • Execute drafting and design duties as required to ensure quality is always maintained • Capable of interpreting information set forth in a Basis of Design, field surveys and code research • Responsible for the delivery of the technical design of project tasks from design through construction admin • Preparation of schematic design and design development drawing sets with direction from the team • Support to senior engineer by working on specific design tasks, markups, and review comments as assigned • Development and implementation of design criteria from concept through detailed design and construction • Attendance and participation in weekly discipline meetings and design review meetings with clients

• Contribute and support Fire Protection engineering, fire and life safety systems, code compliance, and risk assessment efforts for the firm. • Develop comprehensive fire protection plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Execute engineering and design duties as required to ensure quality products. • Direct and mentor subordinate staff, where applicable, on their responsibilities. • Design layout of distribution systems and equipment locations in coordination with team members within the discipline.
