Im Rahmen des folgenden Themas übernimmst du Verantwortung: multimodale Trajektorienvorhersage mit Visual-Language-Action-Modellen (VLAMs). Ziel dieser Masterarbeit / dieses Praktikums ist es zu untersuchen, wie große, vortrainierte multimodale Foundation-Modelle: - umfangreiche Szenen- und Intentionsrepräsentationen bereitstellen können, - latente und unsichere Dynamiken modellieren können und - präzise, vielfältige und unsicherheitsbewusste Vorhersagen von Agententrajektorien generieren können, die für die nachgelagerte Fahrzeugsteuerung genutzt werden können. Die Abteilung arbeitet an Software- und Machine-Learning-Modellen für automatisiertes Fahren (AD) in urbanen Umgebungen, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf dem Einsatz von Foundation-Modellen für End-to-End-Training. Innerhalb dieser Abteilung sind wir ein Team aus ambitionierten und hochmotivierten Expert:innen im Bereich autonomer Fahrzeuge, das in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld daran arbeitet, den Autonomous-Driving-Stack weiterzuentwickeln. For the following topic you get the responsibility: multimodal trajectory prediction with Visual-Language-Action models (VLAMs). The aim of this master thesis / the internship is to explore how large, pretrained multimodal foundation models can: (1) provide rich scene and intent representation, (2) represent latent and uncertain dynamics, and (3) generate accurate, diverse, uncertainty-aware agent trajectory forecasts that can be used for downstream vehicle control. The department works on software and machine learning models for automated driving (AD) in urban environments, with a focus on the use of foundation models for end-to-end training. Within this department, we are a team of ambitious and highly motivated experts in the field of self-driving vehicles working in an agile environment to advance the autonomous driving stack. Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master & Jira Admin to lead Agile delivery while owning and continuously improving our Jira ecosystem. This role requires strong system thinking, delivery discipline, and the ability to influence both teams and leadership. This is not a ceremony-focused role. It is a hands-on position responsible for delivery predictability, tooling architecture (Jira), and organizational improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Own and continuously improve Jira configuration and architecture (workflows, automation rules, Rovo Agents, reporting structure). - Build and maintain dashboards, filters, and reporting views that support leadership decision-making. - Improve delivery predictability using flow-based metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and WIP limits. - Identify bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and drive systemic improvements. - Act as a bridge between engineering, QA, product, design, and business stakeholders. - Challenge unrealistic commitments and protect delivery predictability. - Escalate risks early with structured impact analysis. - Proactively identify organizational impediments beyond the team level and drive resolution. - Influence leadership on Agile maturity improvements. - Act as an initiative change agent, not just a process enforcer. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with experience operating in complex, multi-team environments. - Proven experience owning Jira configurations, workflows, and automation rules (not just using Jira). - Strong understanding of flow-based delivery metrics and Agile system optimization. - Demonstrated ability to handle stakeholder conflict and push back constructively. - Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: - Scrum certifications (CSM, A-CSM, PSM, or equivalent). - Experience working in scaled Agile environments. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern delivery pipelines.
