Role Description Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a Client Experience Operations professional to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the construction industry. As the Client Experience Operations, you will be responsible for managing the overall client experience and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery. - Manage the overall client experience, ensuring that all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the project - Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients - Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and use feedback to improve processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the client experience - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the construction industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software - Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
