The Microsoft Senior Solution Architect is responsible for designing and developing customer solutions leveraging the Microsoft Azure data stack, including services such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Synapse, and related tools. What you'll do: * Work closely with sales and delivery teams to support technical pre-sales activities, including client discovery, data solution design, and proposal development. * Assist in developing and presenting solution architectures for assessments, deployments, and advisory services that align with both customer outcomes and Microsoft's platform capabilities. * Participate in customer meetings, discovery sessions, and whiteboarding discussions to understand business drivers and technical requirements. * Create and contribute to project scoping documents, including proposals, service estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs). * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Data portfolio. * Achieve and maintain technical certifications to support CDW's Microsoft partner program requirements. * Support strategic initiatives, internal enablement efforts, and knowledge sharing within the Digital Velocity practice. * Provide technical guidance to junior team members and collaborate with Consulting Solution Architects on large-scale engagements What we expect of you: * Bachelor's degree and 5+ years architecting, delivering, or selling complex IT solutions. Or, 9+ years architecting, delivering, or selling complex IT solutions * Previous hands-on experience working with the Microsoft Azure Data Stack. * Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical discussions, influence decision-making, and align technology strategy with business outcomes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions. * Proven ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer engagement. * Ability to mentor and coach peers, fostering knowledge transfer and collaborative team success. Role Description The EMEA Digital Pathology Integration Specialist is responsible for delivering seamless integration of digital pathology solutions across healthcare and research environments within the EMEA region. This role combines technical expertise, workflow optimization, and customer engagement to drive successful deployment and adoption of digital pathology platforms. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, clinical operations, and vendor partners—to configure, validate, and troubleshoot system integrations such as image management systems, laboratory information systems (LIS), and enterprise platforms.
