• Manage end-to-end program execution across multiple parallel workstreams • Maintain an integrated view of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions • Run a consistent operating rhythm (weekly reviews, status updates, action tracking) • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues proactively • Translate program progress into concise, leadership-ready reports and insights • Support customer-facing initiatives such as onboarding, enablement, pilots, and launches • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, usage, satisfaction, and operational impact • Build and maintain dashboards or scorecards to measure program performance • Drive data-informed decision-making through reporting and insights • Use AI tools to improve planning, communication, reporting, and risk detection • Ensure delivery timelines are met with minimal surprises through strong execution discipline
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams
- Strong execution discipline with experience managing timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Experience in customer-facing programs (onboarding, adoption, enablement, launches, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Ability to translate complex program data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and success metrics
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis
- Experience creating structured program updates and status reporting
