Role Overview: We are hiring for our sister app - Dostt , an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Punjabi. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, understanding their needs, and offering suitable services & onboarding them to the platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally. Key Responsibilities - - Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts to inform them about products and services. - Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. - Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. - Provide accurate and timely information to hosts. - Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers. - Train & Onboarding new hosts as per Guidelines of App.
