• Render correct concepts and meanings between Russian and English following complexity, clarity, tone, and style from one language into another • Uphold the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages • Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation • Follow instructions of Customers, manage the flow of the call and avoids taking over the call.

• Translate a variety of text types and subject matters • Transcreation • Review and post-edit machine-produced translations • Conduct terminology research • Create and maintain translation memories and termbases • Create and maintain style guides • Participate in occasional meetings with client contacts • Make occasional visits to clients for product demos or briefings

• Provide Vietnamese interpreting services over the phone • Assist individuals in bridging communication gaps • Ensure accurate and professional interpretation during calls • Maintain a reliable, unbiased, and empathetic experience
