• Develop and maintain provider schedules to meet patient needs. • Manage provider census through proactive census risk management. • Manage market census to ensure the right patients are seen at the right time based on HarmonyCares risk tiering and inactivation process. • Collaborate with local leadership to maximize scheduling system and ensure patient requests are communicated. • Maintain relationships and effectively communicate HarmonyCares services with patients and family members. • Place and receive phone calls to facilitate effective scheduling function. • Escalate scheduling concerns, and issues, both internally and externally • Adhere to patient confidentiality policies and procedures. • Attend required meetings and in-services. • Collaborate with manager, teammates, and other HarmonyCares employees. • Perform other duties as required.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Revenue Cycle Epic-related issues, enhancements, and improvement opportunities • Submit and manage Epic support tickets and enhancement requests with the Digital Health & Technology (DHT) team, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders • Collaborate with operational leaders and end-users to identify gaps in workflows and recommend Epic system solutions • Lead or support projects involving Epic system configuration, testing, validation, and go-live implementation • Monitor and analyze system performance and data trends to ensure optimal functionality and identify areas for improvement • Stay informed on Epic upgrades, new functionality, and best practices; assess their potential impact on Revenue Cycle operations • Participate in governance processes related to Epic system changes and change control • Develop and maintain documentation related to workflows, configurations, and system enhancements • Provide education or training to operational teams regarding system changes or new functionalities • Partner with IT, compliance, finance, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and system integrity

About the Role This position is responsible for overseeing the purchasing and on-time delivery of materials for our dental labs. This person would also manage the day-to-day relationship with their assigned vendors and ensure on-time payment for those vendors. Additionally, this role will include forecast review for the assigned commodity. • Support the connection between enterprise inventory planning and store-level execution. • Provide data analysis, reporting, and execution support to ensure inventory readiness across new stores, pilots, promotions, and market changes. • Partner closely with Merchandising, Replenishment, and Store Operations to identify risks, analyze trends, and improve in-stock performance. • Analyze in-stock rates, forecast accuracy, and sell-through trends across markets. • Identify root causes of inventory imbalances and recommend corrective actions. • Support pre- and post-new store opening inventory reviews. • Collaborate with analytics teams to design and build necessary tools and dashboards; analyze to identify areas of opportunity and actions required. • Provide weekly inventory insights to support field execution. • Monitor high-visibility showcase or pilot locations and flag performance gaps. • Support inventory planning for store events and promotional activities. • Analyze uplift performance and refine allocation assumptions. • Track competitor openings/closures and evaluate local demand shifts. • Support inventory response plans for market-level changes.
