About the Role This position is responsible for overseeing the purchasing and on-time delivery of materials for our dental labs. This person would also manage the day-to-day relationship with their assigned vendors and ensure on-time payment for those vendors. Additionally, this role will include forecast review for the assigned commodity. What You'll Do: Procurement Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day procurement relationship with manufacturers and distributors - Developing and implementing purchasing strategies of materials - Hold all assigned vendors accountable to expected turnaround times and proactively update orders in associated softwares What We're Looking For: - 2-4 years of experience in either inventory management or procurement - Familiarity with material planning, procurement, and inventory management - Experience managing change and driving process improvement - Customer-driven attitude with high expectations for yourself and those around you - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Nice to Have: - Experience in both inventory management and procurement - Existing exposure to: Airbase, NetSuite, ZenDesk - Location: The role is remote but bonus points if you’re located in either the Provo/Lehi, UT area or Indianapolis What Benefits We Offer Dandy offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits including healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
