What You’ll Do: - Define and execute a go-to-market plan for your territory, building pipeline and driving bookings growth. - Relentlessly prospect and generate new opportunities through self-sourced activities. - Land & Expand new enterprise logos, navigating complex buying cycles and driving high-value outcomes. - Present Rubrik’s platform in complex IT and data center environments, articulating both technical value and business impact. - Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors and VAR's to enable rapid growth. - Act as the entrepreneur of your territory: identify opportunities, adapt quickly, and shape the strategy to succeed in a new market. - Provide management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships. Experience You’ll Need: - 5+ years of closing experience in tech sales (IT infrastructure or SaaS, ideally both), selling into large orgs. - Proven track record of self-sourced new logo acquisition and overachieving sales targets. - Ability to translate IT challenges into meaningful business outcomes for CIO, CTO, and senior IT stakeholders. - Experience building and leveraging relationships with channel partners and internal GTM teams. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the tenacity, resilience, and ownership needed to build a new territory. - Highly driven, goal-oriented, and coachable. Role Description We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, helping beauty and wellness businesses unlock growth through Fresha’s platform. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets. - Own a high-volume sales pipeline from prospecting through to close - Generate new business through outbound (calls, email, walk-ins) and inbound leads - Run efficient, tailored demos that clearly communicate value - Close deals quickly while maintaining a high-quality customer experience - Understand SMB pain points and position Fresha as a growth solution - Build trust with business owners and decision-makers - Consistently exceed monthly targets and activity metrics - Maintain clean pipeline management and accurate forecasting in CRM - Share market insights to help refine messaging and product direction This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.
