System Administrator

VIZX International

• Manage and maintain the Zenoti platform (POS, CRM, scheduling, inventory) • Configure system settings, user roles, and workflows • Handle onboarding and implementation for new locations or users • Troubleshoot system issues (bookings, payments, reports, etc.) • Provide technical support to internal teams and clients • Assist with system integrations (e.g., payment gateways, marketing tools) • Generate reports and ensure data accuracy • Train staff on proper system usage

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Zenoti ( required )
  • Background in IT support, system administration, or SaaS platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with system configuration and user management
  • Familiarity with POS or CRM systems
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Role Description As a Supply Chain System Administrator, you will run the "business of Supply Chain Technology." You will provide the supply chain acumen, operational reporting, and program administration needed to ensure our Supply Chain Technology group runs efficiently. You will report to the Program Manager, Systems and Operations and work remote. 100% Remote position.
