Supply Chain System Administrator

Role Description As a Supply Chain System Administrator, you will run the "business of Supply Chain Technology." You will provide the supply chain acumen, operational reporting, and program administration needed to ensure our Supply Chain Technology group runs efficiently. You will report to the Program Manager, Systems and Operations and work remote. 100% Remote position. Key Responsibilities: - Technology Performance & Reporting: - Develop metrics to track Technology department performance and value. - Deliver baseline assessment of current reporting dashboards. - Maintain dashboards that track Technology performance metrics (e.g., system uptime, help desk SLAs, project delivery). - Vendor & Contract Management: - Improve value and mitigate risk from third-party Technology vendors. - Assist Technology leadership in managing vendor relationships by tracking contract renewals. - Monitor and report on vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Assist Category Management and Operations with centralized repository for contracts. - Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with tech vendors. - Portfolio & Resource Administration: - Provide administrative support for the Enterprise Supply Chain portfolio and Technology planning. - Assist the enterprise portfolio planning process and support ongoing program administration. - Track Technology usage, monitor the pipeline of open opportunities and help size resource allocation against portfolio demands. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology. - Experience developing performance dashboards and KPIs. - Experience in project or portfolio administration, resource planning and tracking within supply chain or operations environments, vendor and supplier management. - Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management administration is a plus. - Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus. Requirements - We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. - The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year. Here are the details on this position.​ Your role in our mission Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. - Analyzes customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan. - Designs and develops written and/or visual product-related information, hard copy, web (user/configuration/troubleshooting guides), and online information (interactive demos, help systems) integrated into product, fora variety of audiences (end user, system administrators, internal support engineers, product developers, training developers). - Codes, builds, compiles, and tests online information and/or sets-up, loads and tests systems hardware to create information deliverables and provide feedback on ease of use and user interfaces to product development. - As customer advocate, helps define/refine product requirements. - Develops standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel. - Interfaces with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team, such as marketing, test, support, and manufacturing. - Intermediate: Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. - Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope. - Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. - Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. - Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. - Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
