Job Summary: The IT Catalog Manager Analyst supports the Service Catalog within Business Relationship Management under the Service Delivery Line of Business, assisting in maintaining and enhancing a central repository of IT services, approved hardware, and software to ensure customers have an intuitive way to browse, request, and self-install items. Using strong analytical and data management skills, along with the ability to maintain and update service catalog entries, this role ensures accuracy and relevance of information. Familiarity with ITSM tools and workflows streamlines updates and integrations, while attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset promote user-friendly experiences. By working with teams, the Catalog Manager Analyst contributes to proactive support, feedback loops, and performance requirements like providing simplified data visuals for mission awareness and continuous service improvement. Job Duties: - Strong analytical and data management skill - Ability to maintain and update service catalog entries - Assist in enhancing catalog usability and supporting self-service capabilities. - Utilize ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage workflows and streamline updates. - Analyze catalog data and provide simplified visualizations for mission awareness and performance reporting. - Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and improve catalog offerings. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. - Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 6 years' experience with the role/responsibilities listed above - Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - ServiceNow - Understanding of ITIL principles and processes. - Familiarity with performance metrics and operational KPIs in IT environments. - Skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
