Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful ServiceNow consulting and development experience.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment - creating, scoping, prioritizing, reviewing, managing, testing, and delivering user stories
- Experience gathering and documenting client requirements
- Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate to a diverse audience and easily convey technical topics while exhibiting consultative traits
- Strong familiarity with cloud technologies
- Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, Angular, Integrations, web services, and scoped applications on the Now platform
- Experience with SQL, Batch, Powershell, Azure
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision
- Knowledge of the ITIL Framework and Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
- Four-year college degree or comparable experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiences
- Effective problem-solving, time, and project management skills
- Able to leverage Office365 to create compelling presentations and meaningful reports
