• Providing support to the North American SSP and Construction team including; • Leading the project management and organization of retail shop fit outs including quality, relevance and timeliness of new shop construction, refits and refreshes, closures and store maintenance of existing shop locations. • Effectively managing Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex forecast. • Ensuring project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with the Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance. • Staying informed of industry best practices of global retail construction process and project support. Bringing alignment to working practices. • Maintaining and developing project status/capex reports. • Assisting the retail team to accurately interpret construction information impacting the business. • Providing hands-on assistance and installation where necessary during new shop openings, refits and refreshes, and closures. • Continually improving support to retail business by assessing needs and providing forward-looking insight. • Streamlining reporting processes to meet needs of both external and internal users. • Providing project-specific assistance to the Retailers, all retail store teams, Shop and Space Planning Team, Property/Leasing, and Finance. • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in products, design methods and merchandising for sales, providing practical support and having awareness of the details to deliver the best customer service and drive sales. • Partnering with SSP designers to deliver awe inspiring projects. • Delivering the best customer service experience. • May perform other duties as required.

• Scope, plan, and lead complex cross-functional projects, establishing clear goals, ownership, and workflows across Product, Engineering, Payment Operations, and Compliance • Improve internal documentation systems by defining information architecture and centralizing requirements, resources, and shared knowledge for easier team self-service • Lead cross-functional decision-making by identifying the right SMEs, facilitating problem-solving discussions, and ensuring clear roles, next steps, and accountability • Own and enhance the intake and completion process for fintech and bank diligence requests, establishing repeatable mechanisms that reduce cycle time and improve accuracy • Build and operationalize systems that increase visibility into deliverables, risks, and dependencies, ensuring that critical tasks don't fall through the cracks • Strengthen communication between Payment Operations and Compliance by creating simple, repeatable mechanisms for sharing updates and increasing visibility across teams

• You conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion • You contribute to the overall strategy and execution of our expansion plans • You collaborate closely with stakeholders from different teams and work on cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution, developing clear frameworks and communication structures • You partner with leadership and department heads to prioritize initiatives aligned with company-wide strategic goals, while measuring and communicating results through quantitative and qualitative insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement. • You drive OKR alignment and execution across departments, helping teams focus on what truly moves the needle. • You leverage AI and data analytics to enhance execution, forecasting, and decision-making, while championing AI literacy and digital enablement across the organization to foster curiosity, upskilling, and smarter ways of working. • You drive business intelligence and competitive insights: leveraging market research, performance data, and cross-functional input to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and inform strategic decision-making.

• Partnering with all project stakeholders (internal & external), accountable for project delivery to specification, budget, on time and customer satisfaction • Measure, optimize, and report key operational & financial indicators of the project • Support settlements & claims in accordance with contract and analysis of root cause of deviations • Take an active part in the communication & implementation of EHS plans • Identify all parties having a vested interest in the project and ensure needs and impacts are balanced • Implement a risk management plan involving all stakeholders of the project • Understands and demonstrates financial management for the benefit of the Company • Demonstrates the ability to manage the overall scope of the project • Ensure specific activities are identified and carried out for project deliverables • Validate delivery model, commitments, and risks & opportunities of tenders.
