Role Description Solver is seeking a Software Quality Analyst II to join our growing Software Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Driving the execution of manual and exploratory testing. - Analyzing software quality trends. - Identifying and documenting defects. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to triage issues, validate requirements, resolve complex support escalations, and continuously improve overall product quality. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills to drive meaningful impact across the business. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 4 or more years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and years of experience. - Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Postman, and developer tools in browsers. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. - Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and professionalism, maintaining composure, respect, and accountability while working effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with software quality processes and tools, including documenting test cases and working within quality control life cycles. Requirements - Execute manual and exploratory tests to validate functionality, usability, and alignment with product requirements. - Analyze test results and software quality trends to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Document clear, detailed defects and issues, providing information developers need to reproduce and resolve problems efficiently. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements, address issues, and support smooth release. - Serve as an escalation point for complex support tickets, performing analysis and working with SME and development teams to resolve critical issues. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and testing documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity across QA processes. - Support regression testing and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation of recurring test cases. - Track and report key quality metrics to help measure project readiness and overall product quality. • Develop and maintain provider schedules to meet patient needs. • Manage provider census through proactive census risk management. • Manage market census to ensure the right patients are seen at the right time based on HarmonyCares risk tiering and inactivation process. • Collaborate with local leadership to maximize scheduling system and ensure patient requests are communicated. • Maintain relationships and effectively communicate HarmonyCares services with patients and family members. • Place and receive phone calls to facilitate effective scheduling function. • Escalate scheduling concerns, and issues, both internally and externally • Adhere to patient confidentiality policies and procedures. • Attend required meetings and in-services. • Collaborate with manager, teammates, and other HarmonyCares employees. • Perform other duties as required.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Revenue Cycle Epic-related issues, enhancements, and improvement opportunities • Submit and manage Epic support tickets and enhancement requests with the Digital Health & Technology (DHT) team, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders • Collaborate with operational leaders and end-users to identify gaps in workflows and recommend Epic system solutions • Lead or support projects involving Epic system configuration, testing, validation, and go-live implementation • Monitor and analyze system performance and data trends to ensure optimal functionality and identify areas for improvement • Stay informed on Epic upgrades, new functionality, and best practices; assess their potential impact on Revenue Cycle operations • Participate in governance processes related to Epic system changes and change control • Develop and maintain documentation related to workflows, configurations, and system enhancements • Provide education or training to operational teams regarding system changes or new functionalities • Partner with IT, compliance, finance, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and system integrity

About the Role This position is responsible for overseeing the purchasing and on-time delivery of materials for our dental labs. This person would also manage the day-to-day relationship with their assigned vendors and ensure on-time payment for those vendors. Additionally, this role will include forecast review for the assigned commodity.
