• Plan and coordinate projects • Ensure smooth project execution through close coordination with internal teams and external partners • Collaborate with internal experts, architects, engineers and consultants to ensure technical consistency • Manage contracts, related documentation and any amendments • Lead discussions with clients, suppliers and subcontractors on commercial aspects, scope and project performance • Establish, monitor and control budgets and financial forecasts • Identify and analyze project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures • Lead, motivate and coordinate the project team

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, industry standards and project management
  • Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset
