Description Join our team The Consumer Base Management team is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and implementation of 4P initiatives for the Special Bases portfolio. Special Bases focuses on customer retention and churn management for strategic cohorts that require specialized treatment paths - whether due to competitive market dynamics, critical customer experience factors, emerging market shifts, or other risk indicators that demand tailored engagement strategies. What we'll accomplish together You will be a central figure within TELUS Consumer Solutions, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive 4P approaches and work with the marketing manager to ensure excellent market execution. As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to drive awareness of these programs, evolving the program to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will play a critical role in our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential.
